On the hottest day yet, at 2:45 in the afternoon, Nate was very friendly when accepting my car for a new battery. He did say the car would possibly be ready the same day. Sure enough, it was. That was a very nice surprise! Very much appreciated!!!!!!!

My truck had a leaking water pump that was loosing water every day, left my truck there on a Monday about 11:00 AM, received a text on Wednesday morning at 6:30 that my truck was ready for me to pick up, to me, that is very fast for them to do that, and I am thrilled to have my truck back that fast, because that is the only transportation I have to get around. I really like my 2016 F-150 and I worried about have it taken care of by a place that knew what they were doing. Truck City Ford is such a place. I was a little concerned about an intermittent rough idle. The service manager took my truck out for a test drive and did extensive computer diagnostics. It was determined the engine was just fine and I was told there would be no charge. Can you imagine that? No charge! My heart skipped a beat.
