In today's market, it's almost impossible to buy a vehicle without "market adjustments" or "mandatory options". Truck City did none of that. Amanda sent me in the right direction. Raul was knowledgeable, courteous, and showed me every option on the vehicle I was looking at. Freddie was friendly, and upfront. Gave me the best deal he could. Truck City Ford has been fantastic to work with us on getting our Ford based Motorhome serviced. We returned from a 2-week trip with a whining sound in the cabin. The service manager, Mike Rogers, had his service tech ride with me so I could point out the sound. I told Mike we only had 2 weeks before we were scheduled somewhere else.
