As soon as my wife and I got there, the staff was amazing we got introduced to salesman Daniel Rodriguez, at first he was good, really helpful until then I started seeing him be distracted by his watch answering text messages. We let him know we were going to think about it and we will reach back to him. We been looking for a F-150 one we saw there and got into details with him, he’s a good guy just his attitude that day wasn’t the best.

Enjoyed my interaction with the team over at Truck City. I have already purchased 2 vehicles with the Leif Johnson team and within the next year will be looking for a 3rd. I would say the only request when completing oil changes, is to update the window tag so I am sure of when my next service is needed. Thank you.

Three weeks ago I had a issue with my truck shifting hard, I had called all my local Ford dealers in San Antonio area every one of them didn’t seem interested and told me minimum 2 month wait. I called Truck City Ford after I passed it driving to Waco. The service advisor was not only very professional, was concerned, and got me in the same week!
