Everyone is so sweet and genuine! They are flexible with us by allowing us to just drop off our truck for them to look or do any type of warranty work on it.
We inquired about a truck on the internet. We were lucky to be put in contact with Eddie Haddad as our salesman there at Truck City Ford. Eddie was nothing but honest the entire time and was available throughout the entire process. When we test drove the truck, it had an intermittent ABS and traction control light. When we got to financing, we mentioned the intermittent light and the open recall. I made an appointment using "chat" from my phone. When I called the morning of the appointment, they had no record of it. I was so pleased that they honored the time even though I had no way to confirm it. Good customer service.

I got there a bit early, they were able to get me in and out quickly and even applied my Ford points toward the bill… a good visit!
Scott always takes such great care of me! Fast service and they take me home while I wait for my car to be finished servicing. Normally I dread going to the dealership but these people make me feel at home :)
