Great service and communication from the start. Service was excellent and prompt. Was done in less time than I was told.
Usually I am very happy with this service but when I took my explorer in for oil change a few things bothered me 1. They did not have s record of my appointment 2. They did not check the last time the tires were rotated like they said they would 3. They did not put a windshield sticker for next oil change which is frustrating 4. The service report said the cooling system was checked but now the a/c is not cooling properly 5.
