My service adviser, Nate Lewis, did a great job, kept me timely informed, and helped me get a good deal on what was an expensive repair to my 2002 Explorer Sportrac. Mike Rogers, the service manager and his team do an excellent job. I've used them many times, and I will do so again.
Efficient work on my 2019 Edge routine oil change and multi-point inspection. They also performed a wheel alignment, and a required annual safety inspection. All work was completed by the scheduled time.

Excellent service for this visit. The routine oil change and multipoint inspection plus a wheel alignment were handled very efficiently and correctly. They also performed an annual state inspection for renewal of the registration. The completed work was all finished on-time, and my vehicle returned to me on schedule.
