Fast oil change for having no appointment but I didn’t mind waiting too much because they have a pretty nice waiting room with a nice coffee/tea machine.
The Truck City Service Team did an excellent job replacing a defective transmission on my 2018 F150. They turned it around in less than a week, kept me informed and handled a few other issues passing along service savings while they had the engine out. Friendly, professional, reliable, reasonable....what more can you ask for?
Noe did a great job to start. Wrecker was running late and he stayed a few extra minutes to get us in Saturday evening. On Monday I spoke with Mike the Service Manager about the symptoms and he assured me an experience technician would be looking at the car. By Monday afternoon the problem was diagnosed. Parts ordered and car repaired by Tuesday afternoon. Great service from everyone at Truck City Ford we interfaced with.
Very Professional and my service manager Mario goes above and beyond to help me out as much as he can. Always on top of any repairs I need on my units he is a very good service manager.
