Friendly but some confusion when I called to follow up. They were available to shuttle me since the vehicle was not ready at requested time.
Robert did a very good job for me. The office staff found that I had enough Ford Points to pay for the service.

I LOVE TRUCK CITY FORD. I bought a RV at auction onlin in Austin. I live in Los Angeles and Truck City Ford we’re FANTASTIC! I asked them to do basic maintenance, tire change, wipers so we could drive it home to Los Angeles. They did it all in a couple hours while we waited. Surprisingly, they also did a complete checklist. We were Super Happy to have our new RV gone thru at a Ford Dealer before crossing the USA in our used RV.
