Very friendly, very clean, and welcoming! Staff was very attentive and explained everything in detail.
Upfront and courteous, Great customer service all around. No hidden cost or gimmicks, would recommend.
If you need repair work ask for Scott Jordon . If you need an oil change it’s easy to schedule it online.
Scheduling service was easy, although there are two different interfaces available from the website: one from the Service page -"Book Drop-off" and one from the main page (Service menu > Schedule Service). Drop-off was fairly simple, although signs would be useful indicating where to start, who handles what, etc. (It seems that the Cashier station, which would usually be at the end of the process, was being used as the primary point of entrance.) The service job was successfully completed much faster than even my service advisor, Scott anticipated.
Service was a great and trucked worked on immediately. Daniel was Awesome to communicate with and updated me with service and when completed.
Robert my service representative was very good. Answered all my questions the cashier very friendly. They were all happy smiling faces. It was a pleasure to visit the service center again. Oil change done in very timely manner very impressive
We were new to the area and were having some issues with our truck. Nate really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and kept in constant contact so we knew what was going on. What should’ve been stressful was a cake walk. Thanks again Truck City!
