I have had good luck with Truck City Ford with my 2016 Coachmen RV. Service, scheduling, repairs are excellent. I only had dealings with the service department. My vehicle is not listed since it is a 31 foot class A motor home. The chassis is of course similar to a Ford f-450.
Truck City Ford is a great dealership to work with. John Jones made the buying process so easy. Told them what I wanted and how much I had to spend and they really worked with me to get me into what I wanted.
As always, the service department at Truck City Ford worked above all my expectations! My son recommended that I go there over 3 years ago and I have been using both their used car sales and service department since. I have never been disappointed in any way.

I couldn't believe how easy it all ended up being. It certainly wasn't what I expected when I walked in the showroom door dreading how long it was going to take. I was very pleased with the whole experience, and I don't usually give reviews like this. In particular thanks to Oscar in sales, Charles in finance, and Kevin with helping me get to know all the bells and whistles on my purchase (even when I came back a second time later in the day for another question I had for him about the truck.
Blake next level for a service advisor. Great in and out with high speed internet in the waiting area . Great detailed report on every system checked .
