I came in for an oil change, and didn't expect much. She was a really nice employee and told me everything that was wrong with my vehicle. Even informing me about my warranty and what they can fix for a deductible.
Bret did good. I had a warranty job and all is well. My only gripe would be less punctual follow up during the repair. However I know the dealer is busy, so everyone has a full plate. Overall happy with Truck City Ford.
