Felt like someone was really interested in the problems I was having. Problem was solved quickly. What a concept! Someone in today's world that knows what is going on.
Everything about my experience was excellent! From the woman who answered the service center phone and helped me get an appointment, to the time I left, everything was great! Travis met me outside when I arrived, was quick to get me checked in and made sure I was comfortable in the waiting area, took the time to answer all of my questions, and even got me out there quickly enough I could pick up my kids from school. Over all I was extremely impressed by Travis and his team!
I had a bad experience at a different dealership where they were very indifferent to the issue I was having and didn't try to fix the truck. I spoke with Travis over the phone...explained the problem and he got me set up with aa service time. The first appointment the issue was not fixed. I spoke with him and took the truck back in. He walked the truck through and worked directly with the shop manager. So far so good...it looks like the issue may be fixed.
