Service advisor was exceptional, wait time for just oil change was not. I could clearly see my vehicle and watched the work from the area, an oil change should be the easiest service there is. While I did appreciate the top off of washer fluid, and tire pressure adjustment (literally new tires put on the day before so didn't need adjustment) The actual oil change took forever. I was there with a scheduled appointment for 2pm and didn't get my car back until after 430pm. It just seemed very long, and watching them, it seems l... read more
It was good. Biggest thing was I was told to bring truck in to be looked at to check for the part. I was told not in stock on the phone, but it was in stock. They said about 3 hours. I could not stay that day. So I had to make another hour and a half drive a second time for recall. Overall it was ok though.
Daniel was extremely helpful, answered all my questions. All around the best service I have had ever. Contact was consistent, and on my terms.
