I highly recommend these guys they are awesome. It only took 3 from the time they started to finish to get me moved in new home. Brian and Rodney were awesome they were polite and curtious in every aspect. I will be using them again in the future. Thanks Guys!!!
Guys were very nice and respectful however they did not take care of my boxed items, did not listen to me and my recommendations nor did they put the items in appropriate rooms as they said leaving many boxes to be moved by myself and my elderly parents and when they broke something they were not forthcoming!!! I literally had to tell one of them after he dropped five boxes these are fragile please take care when moving them. I just received a look. While it was an okay move/experience, it was not as professional as I had hoped and was led to believe. Two items were broken before loading due to not lifting the box incorrectly. At the end of the day, when one or both movers are high, it’s just not acceptable. The smell of weed was so strong on both days (the move was out of state). It was completely unprofessional and makes you question company policy and management.
Would not take a job for the State of Tennessee. I do not recommend if you are being relocated.
I recently hired True Friends Moving Company in June 2024 for a move from one apartment complex to another within Nashville, 14.9 miles apart from one another. Long story short, do NOT hire this company. The two movers that arrived on site that day, Byron & Ronnell, were not wearing company uniforms and asked me upon their arrival what time they were supposed to be there. DO NOT BOOK! Unless you want to pay double your estimate. Facts: - This company estimated 6-8 hours for a move of 3 bedroom home with 1 hour drive to storage. - Husband and friend rented truck and moved 1/3 of our stuff to decrease movers time to save money and did this in 3.5 hours with a 30 minute drive. - Company took 11.5 hours moving our stuff - at $199 per hour plus $199 “service charge” - I contacted them to hopefully explain how this move shouldn’t have taken so long and why, and they offered $100 credit back ... read more

I am not one to write a bad review but have received no further responses after reaching out and working with Chris Knowles. I used True Friends Moving after being highly recommended and I am sad to say I did not receive the care and service one would expect. During the move, there were walls hit and scuffed, that I had to fix and paint over before the new owner of the home could take occupancy. Tools needed such as a measuring tape the team did not have. The movers from True Friends ran their truck into our gutters on the roof of our home. Unfortunately, I did not notice the damage until 2 days later. It couldn't be seen from the back of the house and that is where we were working when it happened, so that is why we didn't notice it immediately. When I contacted them to file a claim the movers denied doing the damage and the company asked us to provide more proof. I guess a damaged gutter 8 feet in the air is not proof enough.
