I hate to leave a bad review, but Chris (the owner) is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. I would love to blame it on a bad night, but if you look at their Google reviews, lots of customers have had the same negative experience with him!
RecommendedTerrible customer service. Chris, the owner, is disrespectful!! The moving crew will treat you with respect... can't say the same for the owner! I have never been talked to like I was by Chris. Couldn't believe the business is still open. We'll never use them again!!!
My friend hired this moving company to move her stuff and not only did they damage some of her stuff, one of the employees stole $1,600 from her residence. They aren't making it right. They say everybody has a background check and this man had a criminal record for stealing I found out on Google. I would hire anybody besides them.

RecommendedI would recommend the moving crew Jerry, Steven, and Jordan. Jerry was an amazing driver and maneuvered the moving truck through a narrow driveway with lots of trees. I wouldn’t recommend this company due to the office team (Clint). He sold me on a same-day timeframe and the moving team showed up 7 hours later. Clint was apologetic, but unsympathetic and lacked compassion for my situation calling it a “minor inconvenience.”
By actually showing up. Promises made but never kept or informed. Wasted a lot of people's time.

We had a lot of moving pieces with our move so they were extremely flexible with our dates and for that I was grateful, BUT more care could have been taken during our move 3 weeks ago and more movers should have been allocated to us. We had 2 moving specialists for a 2800 square ft house with a 3 car garage that was pretty full of stuff. I told them what we had at the beginning so we should have been given 3 or 4 movers. We decided to hire these guys because we had a bunch of smaller items left in the house, no couch, table, appliances etc. we already got those items out of the house. We told the movers we need everything out and they kept asking us if we needed stuff. They left A LOT of items behind. We had to go back and make two more trips. We spent $500 and it’s upsetting spending that much money and having to go back two more times, when it all should have been done that one time. There was plenty of room left on the truck!!
