The manager at this Bodyworks is extremely rude. Gave me attitude when it was not necessary. I understand that there is rules that need to be followed but when a guest comes to your gym and they are misinformed getting defensive and giving attitude is not the way to enforce them.
Jut had a 6 year old birthday party. Was horrible. Taking out all of the ropes course and no one knows anything. The girl in charge said she wasn’t in charge didn’t know who. Complete disaster from beginning to end. Will never be back nor recommend to anyone. Over priced and nothing to do.

The facilities are so run-down and falling apart. The aerobics run has a gigantic fan with very little circulation for the members working out. Don't recommend it for aerobics. The overhead area is fun, different, and exciting--however, it can be hot up there with minimal air control.

The manager was the rudest thing I have met in my life. No people skills. They should be mortified and embarrassed of her representation of their business. Proper training of front desk would help a billion as well.

Mrs McDonald was very rude i have been here 8 months i caint beileve you call yourself family friendly she said i had poor hygiene. Im sorry i went to this location i thought i was going to go sweat and burn calories and feel good,but to hear her tell me this devastated me..who treats paying customers lik this i work across the street and go straight to work out..nomore please don go here freedom fitness can hav my money now.
