I have been receiving personal training at TruFit for nearly 6 months, and I have been amazed by the results. My body is doing things now I never dreamed were possible and for the first time in my life, I feel good in my own skin. In the past, I lost momentum after 3 months; but it's still building here at month 6. It was hard at first to spend the money on myself; but I have zero regrets and would do it all over again.

The entire staff is great. Everyone greets you as you walk in the door. I never feel uncomfortable, I feel confident knowing that Adrian will help me get to where I need to be. I would recommend this gym to all my friends and coworkers.
