I had a family membership at TruFit 82 location and we needed to leave that place because the club is not in the best shape and smells very bad. Went to cancel the family membership and signed the request, to find out subsequently that they still charge my card for the family membership fees along with annual membership fees!! I spoke with the team who didn’t help unfortunately despite it was the club mistake and they refused to refund the amount they charged despite it’s the club mistake. Terrible. Not doing anything about a 4 month old bleeding through his head. On top of that, camera wasn’t “on” so footage couldn’t be played. Ridiculous
