Overall, the facilities are very nice but DO NOT take advantage of any promotions or sign up if you are not 100% positive you want a long-term membership. They will make every attempt to scam you out of your money. I signed up for a 7-day free trial and went to cancel on the 4th day. Due to some miscommunication, I was signed up for a standard membership and I had to submit a 45-day notice to cancel since I did not cancel withing 3 days. I hate the 45 day cancellation process where you still get charged and they didn’t even downgrade me to the lowest tier.

Recently my wife signed up for a gym membership at the 82nd location in LUBBOCK, TX. A week or so later she convinced me to sign up as we'll. While signing up they asked if we were interested in any training sessions. My wife being new to the gym was concerned about proper use of the equipment. They said they had 18 week or 26 week sessions available, so we signed up for the 18 week session. Tori, the manager, refuses to respond to repeated attempts to have them stop billing me more than a year after my contract expired. She continues to steal my money and will not respond to calls, emails, or in-person pleas to fix the issue. She avoids me while continuing to steal my money.

Would give negative stars if possible. First off when signing up for the gym we where never offered a walk around the gym simply hay give me your information and let me charge you a start up fee. I belonged to many different gyms across the states as I’ve moved around and from my experience TruFit is a complete rip off gym that doesn’t care about its members only cares about how to rip them off.
