The worst experience I have ever had. They told me they refuse to cancel my membership gave me a number of third party to do it waited over an hour on the phone for no one to respond. Audra was horrible and treated me so badly. David the owner is even worse. This place is dirty and ran down. The staff is uneducated and the least professional group of individuals I have ever seen in my life.
If I could give this gym 0 stars I absolutely would. As a former employee trust me you don’t want your money coming here. This place has the most terrible equipment, terrible communication, and the worst customer service. Not to mention they will quite literally take your money when you aren’t looking. Then blame you. Long story short, I left this job. My clients were not given trainers right away and were still expected to pay. Even worse, I had one client not get appointed a trainer for over a month. Most unorganized, greediest company I have ever experienced. Lacks basic accountability which is surprising for the amount of stories you hear with THEM being at fault. They will take your money, mess up your accounts, then blame you. Don’t sign up here. Any other gym in town is better.
Very rude employees and the manager was rude as well. Tell lies about membership I bought.
