Run Away!!!! This company is the worst!! I bought the service in 2018 and was unhappy with the results. No big deal, just wont use them again. They are relentless with the calls. I have asked repeatedly to be removed from the calling list without success, and it is not just True Green, their sister companies also call me constantly. One star is to good for them! Unless you would like to be on a endless telemarketing loop or get mediocre results for a premium lawn service STAY AWAY FROM TRUE GREEN!!!!

Worst service ever. I request last year to cancel the service. Still thay did the service and i called again to cancel. This year they performed the service and send the bill. Staff is very rude. When requested to send email staff said they cant send email confirmation that service is stopped.

I had TruGreen come out to my home on multiple occasions trying to solicit business. I guess there employees can not read the big NO SOLICITING sign that is posted. Their quote they left when I wasn't home was NOT even competitive with other companies that I asked to quote. I would NEVER use TruGreen again like I did in the past. I don't respect companies that don't respect peoples privacy.

This is a TRULY toxic outfit - KEEP AWAY In February I started to look for a grass maintenance contractor for my front yard. I called several [3 or 4] local groups to compare rates. Truegreen sent someone to look at the yard before quoting which is logical. They called me with a quote and I said I would call back. They called twice again and I told them to wait for my decision. I had some brown spots in my yard and some weeds, nothing out of the ordinary. I contacted Trugreen lawn care to fix this. They came out and promised they could get my yard green. After paying $306 they came out and did several treatments. Sometime in August my grass turned brown and then died. I thought it would come back. I started to use Truegreen in Aug 2017 for my lawn care. I purchased a one-year service plan which includes 7 treatment upon a phone commercial. They did 4 services in 2017 which was ok in general. On Feb 3rd 2018, I noticed my lawn started to grow a lot weeds, and it`s getting worse day by day. I have been a customer for a number of years using their lawn maintenance and tree and shrub services - first with EPM and up until now with TruGreen who took EPM over. This year, several weeks ago I called them to come out and treat the abundant weeds in my yard and called 5 more times in the next few weeks and basically just got a run-around. I'm not even sure if one star covers my experience! Up until today, I was a loyal customer of TruGreen in Cary, NC for several years. I subscribed to the lawn service (fertilization & weed control) as well as shrub service and mosquito control. I had them spray for mosquitos in June, 2018. My grass and all of my neighbor's grass was planted at the same time last year. I am the only one with TruGreen and the only one with dead grass. TruGreen offered to replant the grass in the fall but there was so much erosion because there is no grass holding the soil back that I could not wait. I called to complain but no one called me back.
