Horrible service. I used TruGreen for two years and couldn't figure out why my grass was dying. I received a second opinion and was told I had 2 different grass types and they were being treated improperly. I decided to start using Eastern Turf Lawn Services and my grass is now weed free and thriving. I would NOT recommend Tru Green to my worst enemy.

Some things are worse than junk mail: they leave stakes with advertisements in people's lawns - which is both trespassing and littering. For that reason, I will never be a customer.

I had a seeding and aeration on 09/18/17 and it was not a good job so I called the office a couple of times to come back out...they waited a couple of months but then it was too cold to come back out. They then billed me $338 and wanted payment in full which I paid after receiving a letter of collection, so I cancelled service and will look for another service company.

I'd give negative stars if I could. Not even worthy of a star but to leave a review you must give atleast a star. Where do I begin? Dealing with TruGreen(EPM) has been a nightmare since day 1. From using my credit card info (that I gave to them in order to get a discount when prepaying for overseeding)and then using that Info to auto charge my card instead of just sending me a bill. I recently signed up for a year of service and TruGreen to seed/aerate/fertilize my lawn for the fall. One week after seeding and fertilizing, I have long streaks where the lawn has burned out. I have called the local location and national customer service to get someone to come out and try to fix it. I am told by the local branch and national customer service someone is going to call me back, but I have not received a call in over a week. I would not recommend this service. I paid for a year of service in February 2017. I have lived in my home for 7 years and have never been contacted repeatedly by my HOA due to weeds in my lawn until this year. Trugreen sets up what appear to be local office phone numbers - but when you call you get reps scattered throughout the country who cannot help. I have submitted online requests for communication and repeatedly called over two months trying to speak with a branch manager to no avail. Well, it is a lot worse than i thought. They charged me $60 in June twice in July $30 and $80. They called to tell me they are coming again today. The sales guy BART said a one time treatment for 38.41 half price. Then they just start charging away i didn't even get one correct charge right. I never got charged the 38.41. penmanship is horrible. Cant read anything. I canceled everything with my credit card. As a birthday gift to my husband I prepaid for a year of trugreen service. It's snowballed downhill from there. In the spring we added additional Bermuda sod, after the recommended 5 weeks for it to get established, I called Trugreen to expand our service area to include the new sod. They have yet (almost 3 months later) treated the new area. I've made several attempts to correct the problem via phone, I have even left a note on our door for the service tech. Keep getting repeated customer calls despite asking to be removed from the list. The lady then said 'well that doesn't help us earn your business' and hung up. Wanted others to know about the rudeness if you don't sign up.
