The overall people who work in management did fine.
Mike the super was very helpful when I moved in Friday July 12. First Energy was late on my electric turn on and didn't arrive till 6:30 pm on move in day so when FIOS arrived Mike hooked up my extension cord to the basement and I could provide FIOS with power to hook up my internet. Otherwise, I would have had to wait until at least Monday. Mike also helped me get a garage for my car and with my mailbox lock that I had trouble with. Murray hill apartments Super. Mike and his guys are ok Always respond right away And do a good job
Upkeep of essential utilities is very well managed, the building has been structurally well maintained, and other tenants are respectful and neighborly (good selection).
They have extermination coming in every month which is good. The laundry room DESPERATELY needs an upgrade; the dryers eat up your coins and don't start (you NEVER get your coins back), or they start and don't heat up at all so the clothes are still completely wet after 50 min into the machine. The building is mostly clean and super is helpful.
I have been a resident in one of the tuli managed apartments for several years. I truly enjoy the hassle free payment portal and service request. I still believe that they provide affordable housing for those of us that do not make 6 figure incomes.
I love the building I live in , nice and clean and the super are very helpful and try to answer all the questions we have we needed
I like my apt and my apt building because it is close to all public transportation and stores and also, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. I also feel safer here than my previous apt locations. Our building super is also very responsive and takes care of the cleanliness of the building quite well. Also, I’m glad that the laundry machines have been updated. It’s really a big help.
