We have Tuli as our rental agency and they are good in responding to the request. Although we had maintained our apartment very good here and previous places, Tuli considered us as good tenants and returned our deposit completely without charging anything extra compared to previous agencies who wantedly charged us. I recommend Tuli for every good tenant.

The super in my building at Murray hill is wonderful. However the smoking in common area has to STOP on Ethan Drive. second hand smoking is a danger to kids and people. Perhaps ciggarate trash cans can be placed outside for the butts. It’s very unsanitary especially in this state.

The online platform is very user friendly, communication is quickly followed up, and staff are friendly. All major heating, plumbing, laundry, and structural items are adequately managed. Some small aesthetic updates for the main entrance are needed. Overall, I am enjoying my time at this apartment.
