The Murray hill gardens are great. The super and management is very helpful. Although many tenants smoke ciggs right outside which needs to stop. Second hand smoking and smoking near the apartment is unhealthy and written in the lease.

I love my apartment very much . I love my Bulding. And my location. But I have a lot of complain about the supers. They never answer their phone or come to see the problems we have.
Apartments at a really good size and price in a very great neighborhood.
