They are very responsive to my needs. If I’ve ever had a concern I have never had to call them twice. You can’t beat them and administration to have responsible they are to their tenants.

The main super does a great job taking care of residents and helping out. This winter was pretty bad with snow and an extra person helping out with shoveling the walkways would have been helpful. Consider adding more parking since residents have to know call in over night and will get ticketed. Also a smoke free environment it says in the lease tenants can’t smoke and my neighbors do, isn’t disgusting please consider having area for people to sit outside away from the apartment

The location and the maintenance man, Mike, are the best parts of living at Murray Hill Apartments. The apartments are not well insulated and living on the lower floor, we can hear every little sound that the neighbors upstairs make. The parking is also horrendous. My vehicle has been hit three times in the parking lot and without cameras, I have to deal with the damages made on my car. They should have dedicated parking spots for each unit but they don’t.
Overall I’m happy with the performance of maintenance department. I get fast response to my maintenance requests and depending on the size of the issue they do their best to resolve issues within shortest possible time frame. Special thanks to Nicole for keeping me updated on the most major problem that required replacement and having it done as promised.

Did an excellent job upgrading The Hamilton. Just a minor thing that need to be improved Snow removal from the back and front sidewalk. Super is during a great job maintaining the building.

The experience with the superintendent is great. When I’ve calling for whatever problem they always help as much as they could very respectful my kitchen window is to the garbage area side the husband is always there sorting out peoples garbage and cleaning that area out. I see that myself all the time. For the maintenance people I honestly can say that we have had a few problems more then once. The neighbors are very good yes maybe one or two that need to be spoken to but pretty much. they are fine.
