Turner was in a highly competitive situation for my loan. He not only got me a great deal (beat Quick Loans), but he and his organization were able to meet a short deadline and maneuver through using a 1031 (exchange). Turner came very highly recommended to us and he (and his team) did a fantastic job! Turner and his team were great to work with. He made everything super easy and guaranteed he would close on time. That can be a little tricky when the seller keeps moving up the closing. Tuner got us closed 27 days after going under contract, I expected this but the sellers agent was very surprised at the closing. Glad we went with Turner and his team!
