Driving from Reno, NV to Minot, ND. In between Jackpot and Twin Falls, my cruise control turns off. The cruise control light starts flashing....I am like "ah sh**, without cruise I am for sure gonna get a ticket". This is where Twin Falls Subraru, Christian and Jordan, became my new best friends. Everyone I dealt with at Twin Falls Subaru was professional and pleasant. I closed the transaction quickly and they promptly trucked the vehicle from Twin Falls to Boise where I live. Brandon, who delivered it, spent a lot of time explaining the features of the vehicle. They have followed up a number of times to make sure we are happy. In short, my experience with Twin Falls Subaru was first rate.
It was easy, I drive up to the service door. Park car, get out, give keys to the receptions and she takes it from there. I go to the lounge room, have snack, a drink, read, visit and enjoy. They come get me, my car is done and washed. They also explain what they did or didnt do. Nice.
Everyone was very friendly, very professional, entire area was very clean and the service was very timely.
