The staff is very welcoming but I never get a written report on the safety check that is supposed to be performed every service, the tire pressure is not checked and about 10 days after the service I get an email saying I need additional service.
I'm not going back!! Management absolutely couldn't care less about their customers! I will be going to Boise from this point forward!!
Very nice staff, but after replacing the headlight the wheel well cover was not secured & had to return for replacement
I asked three different people if they could upgrade my the 3G system and never got a straight answer. I called before my appointment and was told to ask the person when I arrived, same answer when they called to confirm my appointment, and the service person said he would look into it. When I returned he wasn't there and decided to give up. I would have appreciated a yes, no, or some sort of solution.
they disconnected my stereo and I didn't get the detail, my car was not even vacuumed.
The service took several hours longer than told it would take. I was given a report on what else needed to be addressed in the future. When I got home and looked at the report it was poorly copied and unreadable. I called and asked for a better copy to be emailed to me and never received it.
I set up the appointment. Person pushed to have my air filter changed. I said yes. I confirmed this when I checked in and asked for my wiper blades to be changed. Neither of those were done. My tires were rotated but not inflated. My fluids were not topped off. Oh. I had an appointment. Two cars pulling in for express were serviced before me. I won't make an appointment again.
Took it upon themselves to do a quote on the vehicle. Held me hostage for 2 hours on a simple oil change. This is inexcusable and unethical.

My vehicle sat at the dealership for a month, untouched. After I had given the approval to do the work after they diagnosed it. Then they called me stating it was ready to be picked up. I got there to pick it up and pay the bill, and come to find out, it wasn't even touched!! I almost paid $3,000 for a water pump job, and if it wasn't for my due diligence I would have paid that astronomical amount, and drove away in a vehicle that wasn't worked on.
