Service was ok, but wait time was awful and I feel inexcusable. I scheduled an appointment at 1:00 pm. Was on time. Service was not completed until 2:50 an hour and 50 minutes. Tec explained that they try work in the unscheduled services as well as scheduled. Previous services were great. Maybe have a new service mgr or something.
So after getting the vehicle serviced. I noticed spilled stuff on the engine. Not only oil, but antifreeze burning off. Brought back after noticing this and a hole in the front. So they said theyd look at the hole, order the part if it wasnt there! Mind you im under complete service contract . This includes the extras i bought and paid for. So anything cosmetic is to be fixed the life of the car. They refused to fix the front saying nothing is wrong with it. I have all pics and documents. Also this is a 2024 vehicle. Well latest was my windsheild. It had a rock chip that split. I can see the whole spot they fixed. Looks like a little blob on the window!

It was ok. but they had o have my car for over a week to install a recall item which consisted of a small clip as they were out of them and I live in another town. After the service which they said didn't have anything to do with the technology, the Starlink service has been spotty and the phone part wouldn't work at all and it kept saying I needed to reinstall some things. Very poor. Had my tpms go out again. The same one they supposedly fixed a little more than a month ago. And they said they won't cover it. Or replace it, even tho it's the same one they just put it. And put a new used engine in it but won't replace the tensioner pully ? THEY just put the engine and and dont honor that warranty? Just very poor service. Wish I could give it 0 stars

My experience was awful. They charged me $600.00, and I didn't even leave the parking lot and the same lights came back on in my car. I was then told it would be $4500.00 to fix my car. I took my car to another certified Subaru mechanic to find the true problem which ended up being a simple censor that cost $200.00. Subaru of Twin Falls is nothing but a scam. They use a 3rd party company to take calls and there is a big disconnect with the Service Dept. Terrible communication, wait is long and when my maintenance contract is over I'll take it elsewhere. Dee was fantastic but the rest of the service writers stand around and stare at you like you are bothering them.

Bought a fuel pump at Subaru in CO. Since installation the fuel gauge read wrong. Made the trip up to Twin Falls to leave the Subaru with our daughter for college. Had Twin Falls check the fuel gauge issue. Was told it was a faulty fuel pump, covered under warranty, but it would be another $150 to put it in (plus $150 diagnostics) Now part wont be covered at all because we were told they gave us the wrong fuel pump in CO. Have been trying to get a manager for almost a week now (no return call).
