I am switching to Toyota.. I went in for a scheduled oil change and they destroyed my oil pan which they replaced but when I picked up my vehicle, upon checking what they did to my vehicle I found lose bolts the after they repairing the lose bolts, the next day I discovered that they didn't refill the coolant levels
Water spots all over car,didn't not vacuum even they said they do it.
Service was great. Was told everything looked great. Good in and out. Frustrated with an email I received yesterday concerning the "work" I needed on my car. Why wasn't I informed of the issues/concerns?
Charged almost $500 and misdiagnosed the problem. They told me I needed several new parts when I didn't. I took it to another shop and they correctly diagnosed and fixed it for almost the same price to have subaru look at it and not even get it right. I would have paid almost another 3k if I did what they recommended and it still wouldn't have my problem fixed.
Every time I go here it cost more than the quoted me
