Horrible!!! Wanted to talk to my boyfriend instead of me. It's my car!!! 2 days to get the part, even though I made the appt. a week before. No offer of a loaner car, I live out of state and 2.5 hours away. Total waste of my time. Male chauvinistic little boy club!!!
Took my car in for 30k service. Took is back because it was leaking. They said they had a problem with washers on the oil plug. I didn't believe them. Car still leaked oil. I took it back. They said it was a problem with a washer or gasket on the differential oil plug. Hmmm. Yep I don't trust them and won't be going back.
The staff is very welcoming but I never get a written report on the safety check that is supposed to be performed every service, the tire pressure is not checked and about 10 days after the service I get an email saying I need additional service.
I'm not going back!! Management absolutely couldn't care less about their customers! I will be going to Boise from this point forward!!
Very nice staff, but after replacing the headlight the wheel well cover was not secured & had to return for replacement
I asked three different people if they could upgrade my the 3G system and never got a straight answer. I called before my appointment and was told to ask the person when I arrived, same answer when they called to confirm my appointment, and the service person said he would look into it. When I returned he wasn't there and decided to give up. I would have appreciated a yes, no, or some sort of solution.
they disconnected my stereo and I didn't get the detail, my car was not even vacuumed.
The service took several hours longer than told it would take. I was given a report on what else needed to be addressed in the future. When I got home and looked at the report it was poorly copied and unreadable. I called and asked for a better copy to be emailed to me and never received it.
