Just harassed me after I told them I could not make it down there right away. They insisted I sent an appointment. I just wanted to go by at my convience. Not Thiers!

Could not make it down there do to leg surgery. Could not drive at all. They had no way to come and get me I guess. Only lived 3 miles away from the dealership. I was ready to buy

Sold me a wrecked pickup, I've been out hundreds that going to be thousands to get it in good shape, very disappointed, they did say I could exchange it, but I had already put hundreds into it and have parts ordered and everything they had was thousands more, so I just kept what I had ....shameful

Their prices keep raising. Although they have contacted me several times, I haven't found a satisfactory vehicle yet. Their best price philosophy doesn't seem to be best for customers.

T F Subaru charged $295.35 to replace my battery, including $140 for the tech to physically remove the old and stick in the new. Post servicing calls to two independent garages revealed they charge only for the battery.. Two other dealer owned garages stated they charge for the battery and $36 for removal and installation. I phoned the service mgr four times to discuss this and another charge I questioned. After four unreturned calls I gave up.

What our team did not clarify with you was the diagnostic time to check/charge, then re-check the battery's capacity. our visit was a complete wreck they striped the drain plug and we had to bring the car back two times before it was completed . I am not planning to visit Twin Falls Subaru in the future for either service or sales.

The dealership wasnt as forth coming as it should have been. The vehicle they advertised had engine modifications and suspension modifications they did not disclose on their website nor over the phone nor in person. I showed it to the salesperson who left to get her floor manger and never returned. Seemed like a good truck poorly advertised. Check the vehicle before you buy from them
