Dr. Spingola and Marcello were great. They answered all my questions and from consultation to surgery - it was easy. I had exterior mandibular tori removed from both sides of my lower jaw. I absolutely expected to be in pain for a couple days after - not so!! I took some tylenol the afternoon and evening following surgery and by the next morning had no swelling and no pain. I should have done this years ago!! Thank you Dr. Spingola and Marcello!!
Dr. Buchmann was excellent in his professionalism and explaining the procedure prior to surgery and also calming us the morning of! My son felt confident trusting him and the surgery was quick with no complications. Typically when you’re done with surgery, other doctors rush you out and are off to the next patient, but Dr. Buchmann and his staff took the necessary time to explain after care and have contacted us throughout the day to check on my son which is not usually done with other doctors! I had a great experience. Dr. Buchmann and the entire team are wonderful. I needed a pretty complex procedure and Dr. Buchmann made sure I understood the process, took great care of me during the surgery and called to check on me afterward. The administrative team did a great job working with my insurance to ensure I got the maximum benefit possible. I highly recommend North Texas Facial & Oral Surgery. They are amazing.
Dr. Brandon Brown and his staff treated our adult son, Cary, born with special needs, with the utmost kindness, patience and understanding . They worked so well with him before, during and after his implant procedure. He normally is apprehensive when experiencing any type of medical or dental procedure that involves touching him or having him recline, and he is especially fearful f it involves needles. Had to have 2 wisdom teeth removed and I returned to this office which our son visited about 10 years ago. I had visited another oral sugeon who we took our 13 year old to on a recommendation 2 years ago. That experienceade me come back to this office. I highly reccomend. Professional and very friendly service. Can't thank them enough for making me feel comfortable and valued.
