The staff is so nice, the doctor is very knowledgeable, tells you step by step what to expect, and their work is amazing and seamless. They call to check on you and make sure there is nothing else you need. Their lines are also open 24 hours in case of an emergency. Highly recommend them!
Incompetent Billing practices: I'm a senior on Medicare with limited funds. To ensure I can budget my funds, I verify doctors are in-network on the Humana website before making an appointment. I found several doctors listed in-network at the same North Texas Facial & Oral Surgery facility in Grapevine, Texas. I called and accepted the first available appointment, and the lady confirmed they were in-network with my plan. Great experience starting when I walked in the door. Dr S is great! Talked me through what was going to happen. Answered all my questions. After care instructions were explained to me so I understood everything. Great office overall.
Very compassionate and caring staff
I had a lot of work done, and everyone has been very professional. Dr. Spingola is truly the BEST! His assistant’s are very thorough in their work.
