Tim came out and showed me everything that could be wrong with my furnace and thermostat and told me ways on how to keep everything running smooth. Awesome people to rely on.
We had a new furnace installed last year by another company and have had issues with it intermittently heating. We’ve had several attempts to get it fixed with no luck. We discovered Tyler’s at the home show and made an appointment for them to come out and take a look at our system. Garett came out and was here less then 10 minutes and fixed our issue. He refused to charge us for the call. This company has incredible customer service and they’ve now gained a new customer!
My 89 year old mother had flood damage and her furnace and water heater were totally under water. Tim came out very quickly and gave her an estimate. I had 3 other companies give me quotes and his was the best by far. Went above and beyond to get them installed and even helped get the gas turned back on. Great job by Tim and his crew. I highly recommend Tyler heating and cooling. Very happy customer!!!

We called on a recommendation from a friend, and nothing but professionalism was experienced. Just want to say thank you to Tim and his technician. Last weekend our furnace went out and it was very cold. It was late in the evening, I called Tim and he sent one of his technicians out within a couple of hours. Unfortunately it needed a new part that they did not have. The technician said it would be Monday or Tuesday but could help us by lending us some electric heaters However I declined the offer because we had a few Heaters to get by with.
