RecommendedThey were able to work with our schedule and came out to do inspections on our furnace and AC before closing on a house. They were very knowledgeable and didn't just tell us what was wrong, they showed us. I would trust them to anybody looking to have an inspection done and/or getting new units!

Had our Ac stop called Tylers after hours. Tech had quick response time. Looked at my unit basically said it was old and not worth fixing took cover off wiggled wires powered unit on and it started working. He sprayed water over coils and said its working. Charged us 199.00 for 14 min of work with about 4 minutes of that was taking our payment. Woke up in morning to unit not working. Called another ac company to come out and found burnt wires and a little low on freon. Inspected all capacitors fan and compressor. Said all ch... read more

they've been to fix my mother heat 5 times over the last few months and its still broken. To charge $200-300 dollars everytime this is ridiculous. they even acknowled that they had the wrong metal and used a different kind to "fix" it. it is freezing in this house. it broke again the very next morning after they left and said nothing was wrong. unacceptable

I put in a request for service and heard nothing after a week. I called for follow-up on service date and no record of my first call was found. However, I was treated beautifully and promptly with a scheduled visit. Before the scheduled visit, a week later, I was left a message and learned that they will not be able to do the job. Two weeks wasted!!! Seems probable the first call request was dropped intentionally without contacting me.
