RecommendedOn the 26th of December we were in need of heating services, a neighbor recommended we try Tyler's so we did and the quick reply was helpful! Many companies were still off for the holiday. They told it to us like it was a board that we were aware of keeps burning up, eventually we would need to replace the furnace. Garrett installed a new furnace for my 88-year-old mother in New Buffalo. Because it was a weekend and the unit had to be ordered, they had to wait a couple days before it could be installed. So Garrett drove to Michigan City to purchase space heaters for her. He even checked in on her to make sure she was staying warm. When our AC stopped working, Garrett walked us through our options for repairing vs replacing. In the end, my husband and I decided to replace both the AC and furnace, and Garrett knowledgeably guided us through that process as well. Tyler's was great!! They came out to work on our furnace and had it back up and running with our wood boiler in no time. Thankful for a knowledgeable service man who was also able to inform my husband of other options with our heating system. I would highly recommend Tyler's for your heating and cooling needs. Garrett did a wonderful job performing maintenance on our system! We just moved into a new house with several different systems and he took the time to figure out each one and explain it to me and answer all my questions, thoroughly. I would highly recommend this team!
