My heat went out during the coldest part of January. it was 42 degrees in my house the day Tim came by and later sent Garrett out. Because of the old house, the temperatures created many obstacles and 2 full days.But Tim and Garrett didn't give up. Their tenacity is why I had a great experience. They brought in heaters to keep the house warm, they text many times to check on me, and they consulted with me on the best product for my money. EXCELLENT customer service! My water heater stopped working and a friend referred me to Tyler's. From start to finish Tim's focus was to get it running as quickly and inexpensively as possible. Tyler's is my new go-to for heating/cooling/plumbing!
Answered my call first thing in the morning, were on site fixing my HVAC within the hour. Very friendly and knowledgeable service. Very reasonable pricing. Can't recommend highly enough.
Our blower fan went out late-afternoon so we gave Tyler's a call. Realizing that we were under the gun time-wise since parts places close at 5, they sped things along AND had one of their repairmen (Garrett) hang out AT THE PARTS PLACE to make sure that we got the part we needed. Garrett came out the same day as my call, was very thorough, and even checked to see if our damaged part was under warranty. He went above and beyond! Our heat is back on and we are grateful! My parents heat went out over the holiday and they had no working furnace for 2 days. Tim sent out someone right away and he had them up and running in no time.
