"Fast easy and friendly" We went in not expecting to walk out with a new vehicle or a vehicle at all for that matter, we were told because of our schedules to go to the other location on hampden they could get us going by the time we filled out the credit app at the other location we were told that Evan had a deal waiting for us at the original location. "Purchase of Leaf Plus" Very chill experience the dealer informed me about the Costco discount and the was the deal sealer for the purchase. Both Ian and Katelyn were very good about updating us regarding the inventory of Leaf's - (very popular car) but never overbearing. Ian was very flexible about our schedule as well. Rachel walked us through the financing and explained all of the terms and conditions in the context that was very understandable.
