Greg Polese at Tynan's walked up to see if we needed help and offer a beverage. I have to say this was the greatest experience I've ever had. I was welcomed in as if part of the family. Tom Lotz was a wonderful host. He made sure I was comfortable; asking if I needed anything to drink or eat. A very charismatic fellow, he is, which made the time and process fly by.
