I have to say this was the greatest experience I've ever had. I was welcomed in as if part of the family. Tom Lotz was a wonderful host. He made sure I was comfortable; asking if I needed anything to drink or eat. A very charismatic fellow, he is, which made the time and process fly by. Even when there were complications, it was still a stressless event coming from everyone that helped me.

We just bought a 2014 Nissan Juke from Tynan's Nissan in Fort Collins and really enjoyed our car buying experience. I would definitely recommend that you ask for Marcus Smith as he is an amazing salesperson! My only criticism is the dealership could use some updating compared to so many other brands that we have visited on our search--smells of smoke from service/parts, poor lighting and bottled water would be better than cups. Definitely seems like a good group of employees that work well serving the customer.
Tom was very easy to work with. He was honest and very kind to myself and my family who came to see a Nissan Rogue from Littleton CO to Fort Collins. I would highly recommend him to anyone who's interested in Nissan vehicles.
I purchased a f150 used. Conor was great. He gave me the truck for the weekend and was totally understanding when I had to bring it back a day late. (No milage or any charge at all) he was great to work with honest and on point.

I called this dealership on a late afternoon upset that my car which had just been serviced twice.for a noise problem and received my car back with a hard to miss vibrating car. I explained I was going to Texas and was concerned my car would break on me. Ryan took time out of his almost going home time and said to bring it in the morning.
