Tom and Austin were AMAZING to work with as well as the rest of the staff. I didn't know what I wanted to get but needed a new car immediately and I was friends with Austin who said to come down. I drove an hour and a half to come to this dealership and it was totally worth it. At first I was looking for used car and they brought it to my attention that I would be able to walk out of the dealership with the show room car fully loaded! Greg was very helpful with the purchase of our car. He was very knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable and not pressured to buy the car. He made sure I was taken care of through the whole process and even gave me a tour of the dealership.

Giving 5 starts because our salesman, Marcus Smith, was very courteous and helpful throughout the process. Buying a car used to be a stressful thing for me. I never enjoyed the "What can I do to make you buy it now?" pressure that always seemed to be the sales people's approach. Marcus gave us the information we needed and then gave us the time and space we wanted to make our decision, an easy choice as the deal offered on the Nissan Leaf was almost too good to be true. Despite all the horror stories my wife and I found when researching vehicle purchase transactions, our experience at Tynans was nothing of the sort. Shaylah was very knowledgable and friendly, and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Even some bonus features we weren't expecting. We had just been told that our vehicle had been totaled when someone hit us, and we were desperately trying to find a different vehicle as soon as possible. I was looking for information to replace our car when I entered Tynan's. Joe Diana greeted me at the door, and listened to our needs, and immediately found something that would be perfect and a great deal. We bought a new Leaf through Tom and it was an overall great experience. It was a group buy so the price was more or less set, but Tom took the time to walk through the options and was able to ask any questions that we had. It was an amazingly easy process and I would buy again through Tom.
