Greg Polese and Carl Unger made finding the car I wanted enjoyable and hassle free. Carter Robertson got me the price I wanted and John Fuller made the financing quick and easy. They treated my 16 year daughter respectfully and made her feel welcomed. She commented how nice everyone was to her, even when I couldn't be there to help her pick out the color of car she wanted. My son alerted me to a Group Buy for a Nissan Leaf at Tynan's, so I contacted them after researching colors and models on Nissan's web site. Tom Lotz was my contact via e-mail. After clarifying the price and other details with Tom, I agreed to the purchase. It was late December and I wanted to have the tax credits apply in 2015, and Tom made that happen. David Perez helped me choose my Nissan Rogue. He is very wonderful to work. My son and I felt no pressure - just honesty and he listened to my requirements and helped me narrow down my choices. I have recommended him to 4 of my friends. I feel free to call him and make an appointment any time I need any additional assistance learning how to use all the fancy new apps on my car. David and Steve were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. David picked me up in my new Honda CR-V since I didn't have a ride to the dealership. They then let me take the car overnight to confirm that it is what I wanted and to get a second opinion from a mechanic. Overall a great and easy experience even through the finance process with John. Definitely recommend Tynan's Nissan.

Tom Lotz was very knowledgeable about electric vehicles (EV) in general and the Leaf in particular. Tom has obviously taken the time to learn about EVs (good and bad) and talk objectively about them. We had been interested in EVs for some time but have found dealers very uninformed and reluctant to talk about them. Tom was very different and offered friendly, valuable information without ever being pushy or condescending. One of the most pleasant car-buying experiences I've had.
