"Five stars for Tom and Tynan's!" Tom sold me my car about a year ago and I'm still amazed at Tom and Tynan's commitment to excellent customer service. "Fun test drive" She made the experience fun. A real person to connect with. Felt like I had a friend backin me up. The test drive was what sold me. She has a favorite route that goes around a lake with some nice curves.
"Thank you for everything!" From the moment I walked in I felt very welcomed, Tom made the whole car buying experience easy. He explained all the details and personally made sure the car was ready to take home. "Excellent customer service experience " I hadn’t bought a car in a long time (and never a used car), so consequently I was a little apprehensive about the whole experience. Tom immediately made me feel welcome and at ease. The process was so smooth, and he even kept refilling my teen-she daughter’s popcorn to keep her happy as well! Highly recommended!
"Not helpful" After buying a used Leaf I realized I had been offered no promotions. So I have no Charge Card that would be used at a charge station. I likely over paid for this vehicle; my fault. I was offered no help to try to figure out the numerous features ; like the navigation system or map system, radio; etc. Trying to connect to the Nissan EV program has been problematic and frustrating. The sales people know less about this electric car than their gas models. Very disappointed although I like the car.

"New 2018 Leaf" Traded in a 2015 Leaf for a 2018 model. Tynan's had a good deal that effectively let me trade in the old for the new with a straight extension of my previous loan. Kashmir Lever was very helpful, professional, and knowledgable. Highly recommend.
"Service Misquote" I phoned the dealership to get a synthetic oil change and tire rotation quote. Unfortunately, I was quoted a $55 oil change, which is why I made an appointment, as you can get a synthetic oil change, using the same Mobil oil around town for about the same price and a free tire rotation. Then Brendan quoted me $20 for a tire rotation and when I said that seemed high, he said "we usually do some sort of package deal so you won't pay that full price."
