"New Nissan Leaf w/ Tom Lotz" Bought a new Nissan Leaf w/ Tom Lotz at Nissan. Great experience from start to finish, including the pre-sales email communication, in-person test drive and discussion, and finally making a deal. I'm really happy with the experience and my new car.
"New 2018 Leaf" Traded in a 2015 Leaf for a 2018 model. Tynan's had a good deal that effectively let me trade in the old for the new with a straight extension of my previous loan. Kashmir Lever was very helpful, professional, and knowledgable. Highly recommend.
"Service Misquote" I phoned the dealership to get a synthetic oil change and tire rotation quote. Unfortunately, I was quoted a $55 oil change, which is why I made an appointment, as you can get a synthetic oil change, using the same Mobil oil around town for about the same price and a free tire rotation. Then Brendan quoted me $20 for a tire rotation and when I said that seemed high, he said "we usually do some sort of package deal so you won't pay that full price." "Great car-buying experience from a great sales team" The enthusiastic and knowledgeable staff led to a fun and exciting car-buying experience. Little touches like cooling off the car (in August) before the test drive and fully charging and cooling the new car before we picked it up demonstrated a customer-oriented group that truly wanted us to have a great buying experience. "Working on understanding" Many of the features of this vehicle should have been explained to the buyer. (Me). I am still trying to get thru the manual related to this vehicle. Also, Sirius radio is available for no charge for a certain amount of time and i should have been made aware of this. Jarrett assisted me in getting connected to NissanconnecytEV but still have no charge card which should have been provided at purchase. "lost an old friend gained a few new ones " My wife and I were in a car wreck over the memorial day week end and our little Nissan truck had to be totaled. In first having to deal insurance issues etc., a young sales person ( Kashmir Lever) was so very kind in helping us look at making sure we got at least a positive look at what our old Nissan was worth in todays market so we could deal with the insurance company to move forward. "Fast and to the point" Kashmir Lever helped use pick our second car in 6 years with this dealership. The first experience there was are first time buying from a dealership and the gentleman was not pushy and let us guide him. This was the exact same experience that we had with Ms. Lever as well as got a great deal. We will defiantly go back in the future.
"Great people to work with" Very easy people to work with. I went in to see a truck. They let us put our kids car seats in to make sure there was enough room and take the truck for a test drive. They stayed late until all paperwork was done and not pushy at all.
"Bought a used Subaru Forester for a great price!" I appreciated the non-pressure sales from the internet sales team. This was the best car purchasing experience I have had! I highly recommend it...
