"Beware of this Nissan dealer!I live outside Colorado. I..." Beware of this Nissan dealer! I live outside Colorado. I purchased a truck from Fort Collins Nissan in the middle of December and after discussions with the sales and finance staff I decided to travel to Colorado to get the truck 2 weeks later. I was assured that the truck would be detailed and ready to go plus the paperwork would be ready when I arrived at the dealership. I was assured that all I would need to do would be to sign some paperwork and go since I was ... read more
"Just purchased a Nissan Leaf. Dealer prep costs over..." Just purchased a Nissan Leaf. Dealer prep costs over $600 and I am having a hard time getting all the accessories that come with the car. Missing manuals, rear cargo cover, etc. I’m in the position where I have to find out on my own what I’m supposed to get and then request them.
If anything is wrong with the car they will not fix anything, just make excuses as why its not their issue. Expect to pay more to fix any issues
I wish that I didn't have to put any stars this situation deserves a negative amount of stars!!! My mom and I went in on Saturday to pick up my moms car when Ruth greeted us she started out quite friendly. My mom lives 2 1/2 hours away from here. Her car mileage is at 31,500 warranty ends at 36,000. When we dropped the car off we explained there was a popping noise in the car. When we were leaving I asked if they figured out the problem with the popping she then said OH I m so sorry we didn't look at that sorry for the overs... read more
Took parts off my new truck switched with a different truck. Now my truck is two-tone and they sold the other truck to someone else. Went to BBB to get results now they refuse to do anything. Horrible experience! I will go anywhere but Tynan's next time!
On May 30th of this year I purchased a Nissan Frontier from Tynans. Drove all the ay from Albuquerque NM to pick it up. It was a good deal and I was treated well. On closing the deal, Dustin in Finance sold me a third party warranty after I specifically stated I wanted an actual Nissan warranty. On June 11th, per the provisions of the third party warranty, I contacted Tynans in writing asking that the warranty be terminated and my money refunded. After a dozen emails and 5 voice mails (which I have kept) assuring me that the... read more
I had a terribly experience with Tynan’s Nissan of Fort Collins. The following is a quick and very summarized version of the facts and circumstances of what happened: - I reached out to Ashley Watson, Internet Manager on July 24th about a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder. - Ashley informed me that the price was discounted due to “the few dents it suffered in the hail storm a few weeks ago.” Since I live in Denver and it’s an hour and a half drive, I asked for pictures and an estimate to fix the hail damage as well as any other informa... read more
I bought a 2005 VW passat from the dealership. The service I received while I was there was professional and fairly easy it turned out to be too good to be true. A couple weeks after I bought the car my oil light started going on as well as the oil pressure light. I took it to a mechanic (not associated with Tynan's) who fixed the sensor which we thought was the problem. A couple of weeks after that the problem came up again. I took it back to the mechanic who checked out the oil and there was sludge. We contacted Tynan's an... read more
After having the owner promise me I could afford the car I wanted with my budget, which was the newspaper ad price, after he made me test drive the car, wait for hours, he came back with 4000$ more, and when I asked him why he promised me at the beginning another price, he started becoming rude and arrogant saying that its simple mathematics and trying to make me feel like an idiot. Horrible place. After I tried the new Mitsubishi dealership in Fort Collins and the experience was the opposite, they were kind and professional... read more
