This was my first experience buying my own car. I felt really taken care of by the salespeople I worked with especially Angel. She kept me informed and was very fun to work with. Even though there was a problem on the first test drive, I ended up getting the vehicle after it was just a minor error in the computer system. I am very pleased with my new car and I love it. I am rating this dealership because I think they deserve to be praised for the work that they do!

Robert and the whole team at the dealership worked with us to order and get a new car and handled the delay in vehicle delivery with the earthquake in Japan well. There were a couple hiccups, but Robert kept us in the loop and when our vehicle did arrive, we were very pleased with it and continue to enjoy our new car.

My wife and I went to Tynans Nissan to look at a used vehicle. The vehicle we were hoping to see was recently purchased. Josh asked about our needs and showed us a Dodge Grand Caravan that was at a different lot. We drove the vehicle and was pleased with its performance. The car was low mileage and had been taken care of. Josh was more than willing to help us get into this vehicle. We negotiated the price to fit our needs and drove the vehicle home. Angel Fox was a great salesperson. She listened to my needs and helped me find the car that was in my price range and had all the options I wanted. They even gave me a great value for my trade in vehicle. Because of my credit situation I was not sure that I would be able to get financing but Jeff did a wonderful job securing my loan at good rate. Everyone at Tyanan's was exceptional. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know who is looking for a new or used vehicle.

We came to Tynan's to purchase our daughter's first car. They were very patient while she test drove the vehicles and treated her with respect and did not speak down to her at all which I truly liked. After finding the vehicle she liked, the paperwork was done quickly and all the things we requested were performed on the vehicle prior to us picking it up.
