I am very pleased with the service Tynans offered me, They gave me a great deal on my trade and did everything in their power to get me into a brand new Altima including Ed Tynan him self calling Nissan Corporate to get my approved. DO NOT SHOP HERE! High Pressure tactics all the way. I went in and clearly explained I am in no rush to buy a car. I test drove 2 Frontiers. NEITHER has ANY gas. I (along with the inexperienced, unknowledgeable salesman) had to go to a gas station on the test drive. I had to wait around while he found the "gas card". 2nd car, same situation, no gas, and I mean dangerously low. I could only drive that around the parking lot. This took over an hour. Purchased my 2023 Nissan Rogue LEMON in about March 2023. Finally have an appointment scheduled to return the rotten thing after many trips to service, and repairs that kept the car with the service dept for over a month due to manufacturer backorder parts. Overall, the service department is just overworked/understaffed. It was disappointing though, that the dealership didn’t offer to make this lemon situation right, and instead I had to hire a lawyer to force them into a buyback. Will not purchase my next vehicle here.
Had been great in past,, but this last service done left a bag impression. Disappointed by the lack of info given and this I could not make a fully informed decision. And parts added that I did not know of until after it was done. Over 10 visits for work on my vehicle and this is the thanks I get. Once a constant and loyal customer but now looking at having my vehicle serviced somewhere else moving forward. Travis was great and this is not on him.
Recently bought a brand new 2023 Nissan Altima from Fort Collins Nissan. Almost from day one, the electronics have been flakey and unreliable. After multiple trips to the dealer, I was advised to take it to service. I was informed since the latest problem was the USB was flakey and would not reliably connect to Android auto, after having worked for 2 months, and after replacing multiple cables and even my phone, that I would have to stay with the car to allow my phone to be used for troubleshooting. Please do not ever go to this dealership. Specifically for those who own Nissan vehicles and need service. They did not perform the services listed on the ticket and now my car does not perform as it used to. 2017 Altima used to be an enjoyable and reliable car. I took it in for the "60K" service and now the transmission is more than questionable. Revs way too high and has no acceleration.
