Love the deli department here - everything always fresh and the salads delicious. Staff always very friendly
If you've been to Italy before and just can't find a way to make a trip back on short notice, just head to this store. It has a very Euro atmosphere and sensibility -- I don't know what it is specifically, but this place transports me there. Is it the products, the way they lay out the stuff, the music the play? Can't say really. My favorite thing to buy here is freshly made fresh mozzarella cheese. Yum! And for crying out loud, why was sushi chosen as the main profile picture of this establishment? So wrong...
Amazing prepared foods and awesome selection of imported items. The prices are a little high, but not outrageous. The store is clean and the employees were helpful. I wish I had an Uncle Giuseppe's closer to home!
Being of Italian descent this place reminded me of a combination of the Bay Ridge market place, Savarese bakery, and my grandmother's kitchen. The wonderful, mouthwatering smell of the cheeses and meats as you walk down the first aisle on Uncle G's is to die for. Prepared foods, a fish market and a bakery oh, the bakery OY! Uncle G keeps the place clean the aisle are wide enough to navigate easily and they have Sinatra playing on the PA speaker. Madonna Mia !!

I wish I had enough money to make this my only supermarket. Nothing comes close to this! Every other supermarket on Long Island grosses me out. I wish there was a Wegman's here but we just aren't that lucky; however Uncle Giuseppe's is a great substitute, besides the prices on basic supermarket items. When I come here I will just shop for fresh things, like meat, veggies, and bakery items. Everything is so fresh and full of flavor. I love the cannolis more than anything on this earth. I love this place. Great selection of food and treats for the family to enjoy. However this weird employee named Ricky offered me drugs after helping me to my car. I was taken back by his offer but calmly declined.
